Eight years have passed since we first partnered with the Christian Brethren church in Český Těšín, and each time we return it feels like stepping into a familiar yet ever-unfolding story. This December, we will once again make the journey, carrying with us the message of hope that Jesus brings.

Hope is more than optimism—it’s the anchor of our souls. In today’s world, where headlines often bring discouragement and uncertainty, hope reminds us that Jesus has already overcome. It’s the light that cuts through the darkness, the promise that tomorrow can be different. That’s why this camp matters. That’s why we go

We leave on December 13, with camp starting the following weekend.  Our trip will be quick, busy, and filled with purpose, as we spend time with the youth and families of the church before camp begins. The ministry is not only about the camp itself but about the relationships that grow deeper with each visit.

From Friday to Sunday, December 19–21, Winter Camp will come alive in a cabin nestled in the Beskid Mountains. I imagine crisp winter air, snow on the ground (we hope), and the warmth of fellowship inside. The days will be filled with biblical teaching, games, workshops, and laughter.

Our team this year includes Doug, Chris, Levi, Anna, Leah, Noah Sandy, and Aidan Carson. On Saturday morning, a special guest from Family Bible Church will join us will join us,

As we prepare for this journey, we ask for your prayers—for safe travels, fruitful ministry, and for hearts to be open to the hope of Jesus. Your support means more than words can express. In addition, We invite you to follow this blog as we share updates, stories, and reflections from Winter Camp 2025. It’s going to be a season of joy, connection, and above all, hope.
