Our purpose is to help women develop a deeper relationship with Christ, influence their family and community for Him, and live out the Word of God. Our desire is to provide ways for women to be refreshed and grow spiritually through Bible studies, retreats, and sharing heart to heart.
The Women’s Ministry is led by our Pastor’s wife, Jill Klontz. Jill has a heart for women and writes: “As a woman I know that this journey of life can be extraordinary… difficult… emotional… exhausting… exciting… and exhilarating!!! We are fragile people and need God’s Word and giant doses of encouragement to survive. That’s what we do – point women to the Truth of God’s Word and encourage them along the way. I love to watch God restore hopelessness with Joy… stress with peace, and anoint our hearts with His freedom and truth as we learn to surrender to Him.”
Refresh is our women’s Bible study which meets weekly to dive into God’s Word. It’s a sweet time to be encouraged, challenged, and refreshed to walk in TRUTH and grow deeper in your relationship with God. We typically start with prayer and a few “Power Verses” – which is a Bible verse that has helped you through your week. Then we dive into the lesson.

Due to COVID-19, April-May 2020, we did an online Bible study with daily videos (Mon – Fri) from Jill posted here as we went through “The Faith Dare” (written by Debbie Alsdorf). Feel free to watch them and be encouraged.
Each fall the women from Family Bible Church are invited to attend a special retreat. It is a great time for those within the church to connect with each other and grow deeper in their walks with God. Each year we have a different theme. We typically stay at the Bison Ranch Retreat Center in the Heber/Overgaard area from Thursday – Saturday. It’s an incredible time of fellowship, worship, and growth as we hear the Truth of God’s Word shared by women from FBC.
2021 Retreat Dates: Sept 16-18, 2021
